These terms cover the Almanac’s compilation, selection, arrangement, authored notes, and presentation. Facts themselves are not owned.

Underlying sources keep their own legal status. In particular, the preserved CIA World Factbook layer is United States government material presented as a dated historical source. Nothing here restricts use of that public-domain source material obtained from its source.
